All Billing will be from OEM Additions, LLC.

Shipping and Handling
All products will be shipped USPS, UPS Ground or Fed Ex Ground. For PO/APO/AFO address USPS service is available, you will only be charged actual shipping cost.

Please note that we only ship to the billing address. If you have to receive the order at another address, you will need to contact your credit card issuing bank and request to add an Alternate Ship To address. Place the order and specify that your Alternate Ship To address is added, otherwise we cannot process your order.

Sales Tax
You will not be charged for any sales tax unless your order is shipped to New Jersey. Sales Tax is collected on all orders shipped to New Jersey at the rate of 6% as mandated by state law.

Order Processing
You will be emailed an order confirmation right after your order is placed. Print and keep this order confirmation as a receipt of your order. Orders are processed within 24-72 hours. We will contact you by email or phone if there are any problems processing or fulfilling your order. As soon as your order ships out you will be emailed a tracking number.

Estimated Delivery Time
We normally ship everyday from Monday to Friday.
Your orders Total Delivery Time = (Time to Process Order) + (Time in Transit)

Payment Options
We Accept All Major Credit Cards, and EChecks through the payment Processor If for any reason you dont like to use PayPal, or are having problems with the PayPal service please contact us and we will work out a solution for you.
Money Orders and Cashiers Checks are also accepted.

Our Credit Card Gateway will be available shortly for those customers without PayPal accounts.

International Orders
At this time we do not accept overseas orders.

We will ship to Canada and Mexico on most items we sell, please contact us for product eligibility, and International processing fees.

Shipping Damages
All orders shipped are fully insured. There are no charges for insuring the safe delivery of your order. If you receive your order and it arrives damaged, keep all the packaging material and shipping cartons and let us know ASAP.

Other Policies(TOS)
This Terms of Sale Agreement (TOS) are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of,, its affiliated web sites, purchases and the services offered.

Read the Terms carefully. By using this site or making a purchase you acknowledge that you have read, fully understand and agree to be bound by the TOS and all of our policies.

OEM Additions will make every effort to ensure that the information published is free of errors. However, mistakes do occur. OEM Additions is not liable for inaccurate, incomplete or unreliable information that may appear on the web site. Advertisements may contain errors and omissions of product description, pictorial representation, pricing and availability, etc. OEM Additions will make all the necessary corrections as soon as the mistake(s) comes to our notice. OEM Additions reserves the right to make corrections and to change information without any compensation and prior notice. OEM Additions reserves the right to cancel any order for any product(s) in the event of an error or omission in the description, pictorial representation or pricing information, etc without compensation and prior notice.

The TOS takes precedence over any written or verbal undertaking by OEM Additions representatives and the purchaser or intended purchaser.

The purchaser must make all necessary arrangement to receive the merchandise from the carrier. OEM Additions is not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged in-transit or for loss on the purchasers premises. Purchaser must file claim with the carrier in event of loss or damage. All wrong, missing or damaged item(s) in a shipment must be reported to the RMA department within 24 hours of delivery by fax or email. Failure to inform OEM Additions within this time will be construed to mean that the shipment received was complete with no wrong item, no missing item and no damaged item and that no claim will be raised with regards to missing, damaged or wrong items in the shipment at a later date. The purchaser is responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment, unclaimed goods and undeliverable packages and possibly a 15% restocking fee. Products that have been misused, abused, modified, have incomplete parts, are blemished, have cosmetic defections, scratches, or have their serial number removed or made illegible, will not be eligible for a return or an exchange. OEM Additions is not responsible or liable for any incompatibility issues. Shipping charges and return merchandise shipping fees are not refundable. All merchandise returned is tested. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from OEM Additions before items are returned for refund or exchange.

We can only cover shipping to you on RMA services. The customer will be held responsible for shipping it back to us and for any problems occurred in the shipping process. For more information contact us.

All returns must be accompanied with a copy of the invoice and a letter explaining the problem. Non compliance will result in delayed processing. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days including the day of issue. The defective product must reach OEM Additions within the ten day period. If the merchandise reaches OEM Additions outside of this time it will be accepted or refused at OEM Additions discretion. Replacement(s) will be shipped within fourteen working days after receipt of the defective merchandise. If a replacement is not available for the returned defective merchandise the cost of the defectie product will be refunded. The RMA number does not guarantee refund or exchange. Returned merchandise will be inspected and their condition will determine whether to issue refund, replacement or return to sender. Purchaser is responsible for proper packaging and insuring of RMA returns. Insufficiently or inaccurately packed returns voids the possibility of replacement. Do not open the package of incorrect merchandise. Any attempt to open or use an incorrect item will be viewed as acceptance of the merchandise as an acceptable substitute. Any difference in price will be charged to the purchasers account. No claim can be raised in the future. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Return shipping charges are not refundable. All claims arising from damages or loss as a resulting of returning merchandise must be pursued by the shipper.
